Pray For The Injunction

The Injunction application by some concerned members to stop the coming 23 April Calvary Church AGM was heard in the High Court today. Lawyers for both the Plaintiffs and the Defendants (Pastor Prince and the Board of Deacons) made their respective submissions to the Honourable Judge who will make a firm decision at 12 noon tomorrow.

CT joins the appeal to all concerned Calvarites and all Christians who support the struggle to bring about greater transparency and accountability in Calvary Church to pray earnestly from now till 12 noon tomorrow.

1. Pray that the Judge will have a good understanding of the issues in question as she studies all the Affidavits and Submissions tonight,
2. Pray that the Holy Spirit will impart wisdom and guidance upon her to make the right decision.
3. Pray for victory in obtaining the Injunction.
4. Pray for the reinstatement of all the members who had been unjustly sacked.

Let us trust God for victory for our God is always good.

Ihave given up human reasoning!
I wish to cite one relevant judicial Case on Solomon's wise judgement.

1 Kings 3
Solomon Asks for Wisdom

24 Then the king said, "Bring me a sword." So they brought a sword for the king. 25 He then gave an order: "Cut the living child in two and give half to one and half to the other."

26 The woman whose son was alive was filled with compassion for her son and said to the king, "Please, my lord, give her the living baby! Don't kill him!"
But the other said, "Neither I nor you shall have him. Cut him in two!"

27 Then the king gave his ruling: "Give the living baby to the first woman. Do not kill him; she is his mother."

28 When all Israel heard the verdict the king had given, they held the king in awe, because they saw that he had wisdom from God to administer justice.

Let's Prayed in Jesus's Name that the above cited Biblical case be applied by the Judge tonite & tomorrow until 12 noon in coming to her decision in granting an injunction in favor of the Plantiffs to stop the 23-4-2010 AGM.

Let's also claim victory in our Spiritual battle in JESUS's Name. AMEN !

God is seated on the throne....we can draw near in faith and come to His throne of grace in time of need and He will hear our prayer and answer us.

Our God is a faithful, just and righteous God!

The Judge acted wisely by not allowing " Cut the living child in two ".

The Judge ordered the reinstatement of all the members sacked from the 2010 membership roll. This means all those sacked will be allowed to attend the coming 23 April 2010 AGM.

Since all the " sacked 400+ members" were not served with the proper written 14 days notice of convening the AGM, the coming 23-4-2010 AGM will be classified as Null and Void . A new date must be served to convene a proper legal AGM.

So all voting members ( ex-sacked included) must come back from outstation in full force and do their duties to cast their vote wisely! It is our spiritual duties to vote wisely as King Solomon has shown us his Wisdom for us to do so !

We are serving our Living God ! AMEN !

I've been hearing wishes not to proceed the AGM, but today I am relief. Why? Because instead of not allowing it to happen, AGM can helps to vote out decision made by the BOD n PG (or vote PG out of the league, perhaps?). And now it is a great GOOD news that all 400 sacked members are to be restore, this simply means that TTG has even more power to turn down whatever decision made by BOD n PG..
But all these statements only works when these decisions are certain la..Lets pray hard for it..

we be contacting our group and make arrangement for transport to attend. 5 of us each commit to 3family .we have 15 for a start.
desperate men do desperate things of sacking undermining and lies layers upon layers. in any honourable man , with all these, sp should volunteer to retire then bring more disgrace to himself and the members.
perhaps lofe been too good, cant afford to lose the glamour and perks!

this is a community of living thinking people not plain coming to church n leave our brains at the car boot.

enough is enough.
