8 July 2010. This is another thought put in as a Comment from one regular reader who uses the pseudonym "Woshipper of 25 years"
Worshiper of 25 years says...
(1) CCC can NEVER be a vision from God! From the very first day, when the land was recommended by Han to PG & others and viewed & sought for back then in 2003, it " WAS A TERRIBLE human MISTAKE ".
(2) From the secular real estate realistic point of view, it was already an " ERROR buy decision "!
(3) You " do not begged " from the landowners to sell to " you " !
(4) Now in 2010,we have the consequences of a bad business decision. DECISION that was not based on " FAITH in God "!
(5) There was no " PEACE of Mind " from God at all on that day! It was a hasty decision, was more like chasing after the WIND! It was a blind decision alright as I perceived it then !
(6) No one dare to speak out against the buy decision in 2003 ! WHY ? A few disagreed but could not do anything to stop it, as it was "bulldozed through" in the EGM ! This was the beginning of PG downfall then in 2003? The rest henceforth that followed are merely history!
(7) It was the spirit of "ARROGANCE" that gave birth to more MISTAKES which in turn CHOKED CC ! I shaked PG hand in 2003 and I sensed PG's " Negative High Handed Attitudes "! I noticed a few left full time service instead of openly pointing out his Negativism !
(8) So now how to solve the CC and CCC saga? My answer is very simple ," be HUMBLE and Cut Loss or 'else' scale down 70% of CCC's building plan ".
(9) Proceeding in its present Grand design, with enlarging run-offs , with various future variation orders, CC will definitely SELF-DESTRUCT in due time!
(10) You should NEVER NEVER NEVER borrow money to build !
SDCC meeting on 4-7-2010 actually protrayed more Negative Consequences to come !
(11) As I see it PGs are illegal pastors ever since 2004 and 2006. How to Pray and get blessings from illegal pastors?
(12) All the NEGATIVE effects like bad publicity , CIM funding errors, Deacon removed, PG's deacons choice voted in, faithful servants removed, resolutions denied in EGM & AGM ,Court cases for injunctions to rectify on-goings , 400 members sacked for having faith in God,etc, etc are actually consequences forseen in a vision back in 2003!
Many asked me how did I knew it ? I just SMILED back and replied " I only TRUST GOD " not man !

One ex-Calvarite likened this appeal for advances to a scam, a pyramid scheme. When the present advances have to be repaid PG would need to raise new advances to make the payment. New advances to payoff old advances. The cash flow of the Church is not able to repay the advances in the next 5 years. He was amazed that the deacons could go along with it.
Hi CT, can you scan in all the documents distributed at the service including the understanding agreement for us to view? I may want to send them all to Bank Negara.

You can pick the whole set from church on Sunday. They are going to ask for more on Sunday at Calvary Church. This is not one time contribution at SDCC.

They can't sell all the bungalows cos they have to pledge it to the bank as collateral if not the bank will not give them a bank loan.
I think they are trying to get RM35M loan from Alliance Bank.
You can pick the card from any of the Cell Leaders too. They will be more than glad to give you one.

If PG himself & his family , Asst Pastors, Deacons & Elders NEVER have FAITH in GOD to DARE SELL their own Bungalows & houses to FINANCE CCC, they are all DEEMED as CONMAN & CON-WOMAN of the WORSE kind!
Still persisting in Conning members' & visitors' money to pay their High Salaries and Perks ? Sickening to observe the on-going process to continue CHEATING !
I FEAR the PROPHECIES for CC and CCC will be Fulfilled in Due Times ! I have Never expect to witness CC leadership "ROTTEN to the CORE"!
Sad day for CC. SP & BOD are the lost sheep and we truly need to pray for the Lord to bring them home. God never intended for the church to be in debt. He knows our needs and will provide has needed.
Asking the church to go into debt for CCC for the glory of man is very very wrong.

I will never bow down to man and am a servant to the Lord only.
During service PG said all of us has a destiny to fulfil, hearing between the lines - his is to build CCC at any cost, including selling our present church.
At the end of the day we will have another white elephant like Calvary Land which happens to be PG2's vision!!!
This G family has nothing to lose because they have they have fleeced us for far too long and have stacked lots of diamonds, houses, cars etc.
Pls read Ezekiel 34 and compare the traits of a bad shepherd with PG....one fine day in the Lord's time, he will be axed like he axed his sheep who only want to be push for truth, transparency and good governance.
For me to understand and suggest some hardline solutions to the saga in CC take creativity and imagination. I believe many of the church attendees who are found in the church on sundays don't actually know what is going on behind all these struggles between the two camps. The truth is someone is not telling the truth and doing the right thing. It is almost habitual that this particular denomination of churches are always courting troubles. Something is seriously wrong with your preachers and teachers or things that your preachers are trying to tell others in the world especially to those who are wanting to become christians?

Pastor Steven Kum preached a sermon entitled "fouud godless" in a so called "contemporary worship" reported in the latest Calvary News magazine. Who in CC has been "found godless"? Isn't it them? SK correctly preached this sermon "found godless" upon themselves. They still continue to sin against members with their ungodly acts and MISUSE THE NAME OF GOD for their selfish gains and to save themselves from the financial mess of CCC by lying & twisting the Word of God to deceive others into giving their money to support a project which never was from God. CCC has become "idolatry" to them which can be compared to the "golden calf" an idol erected by the Israelites to worship as their "god", after God brought them out of Egypt. For this sin, the wrath of God destroyed these Israelites. Let this be a warning to the CC Pastors!

He has everything under control.
It would be interesting to see what transpires. Is pastor G going into damage control realizing that congregation numbers are dwindling? Is he preparing an escape route for emmigration to USA? Time will tell.
No reason to migrate. Escape from what? He controls RM52 million worth of properties besides about RM30 million cash, RM35 million paid for the land and another RM25 million paid to Nam Fatt. This is a multi-million organization with no liabilities except to members. He controls the board and will continue to do so. He is not answerable to the members, only to God. Members follow him blindly. No need to give them any info. In the meantime PG and wife get more about RM500,000 a year. CC is a cash cow for them to milk. No retirement age. Why go?
PG & BOD & Assoc pastors 'forgot' what they said?
I remembered so clearly, they had told the Congregation that when CCC is completed, the DH church will still continue with its Services as usual-and existing Members can remain to worship-as CCC is built for expansion i.e. growth of members from the new area, reaching out to new communities, etc.
Now, it's a about turn--They will sell ALL--lock stock & barrel--including Main Church, worth RM52 MILLION! ( I can recall how PG did his Vision sell ( it was a SALES PICTH, now I realised!) to get to agree and give $$$ to buy up the surrounding Bungalows)
Well, having told so many LIES, they just loose track of what they promised or declared or informed the Congregation. Liars always give themselves away.
Looks like lying has become second nature to them.
So, it's up to you & I to REJECT them!
As I perceived & observed, PGs and his blinded Asst pastors , blinded deacons, blinded elders and blinded supporters all have to resign to resolve the CC saga.
If not then CC cash reserves will definitely be depleted through paying them high salaries and perks !
Has Rm55 millions cash reserves in FD being reduced to Rm30 millions within a year ?
Let's pray for existing blinded CC members's eyes to be opened ! Pray for the Holy Spirit to speak to them in their dreams !
The deacons have all eaten PG's saliva, all under his spell....bewitched, is the word!
CCC=CREDIBILITY & CONFIDENCE CRISIS! Yes, we already have CCC, minus the multi-millions poured in. If this were a project of the corporate sector or even GLCs, those responsible would have been sacked a long time ago. Yet, today they still strut around like peacocks and peahens, taking no responsibility for the fiasco they have led CC into.
And to add insult to injury, they have the audacity to raise further advances from Church members. Why? most banks, as a matter of policy do not lend to churches. Also, does CC have the credit-worthiness to borrow mega-millions now? They boast about the Alliance Bank credit line, but if this bank does its homework properly and knows about the financial situation of CC now, it would have to review its position. So, Church members be bankers to your Church, after they insulted us by bulldozing through the rapidly escalating building budget (from RM50million to 100 to 150million)without a proper resolution. In fact, PG told a senior Church leader that no resolution was required because they were not using church funds to build. He was so super-confident that he could raise the funds from outside. Looks like he does not have that many super-rich buddies outside. So, now he has to eat his own words and crawl back to Church for funds ('advances' is just a face-saving term)

the bible warns us about wolf in sheeps clothing. These are the very people TTG are fighting with. Why does God allows his church to be infested with satan's people who leads the church. It's for the very same reason a smart wife allows her husband to roam freely.Only then will the wife know whether her husband is faithful. One of us ask why charismatic churches are full of these wolfs. I can only say it's because high up in the hierachy satan's people sit there.How can lower down the line holiness be found. Followers are an image of their leaders. It takes only the couragerous to break free. Looking at developments now and the history of CCC, I forsee the following taking place:-
1. CCC project completed but profiteering from mark up cost taking place. Project becomes white elephant after two years cuz maintenence beyond church meeans.
2. CCC project delayed and later abandoned after some ground breaking ceremony.
3. No project take place. Conman after collecting millions absconds to a safe country with no extradiction treaty with malaysia.
My guess is the last scenario most likely taking place. All those who contributed thru bank borrowings need to later solve their own problem with the bank like carrying unwanted baby. All those who give your life savings hoping to double or triple your returns thru God's blessings will shed crocodile tears. All blind givers will learn the most painful lesson of their lifetime.
